My son wants to start collecting NFL football cards. I want to get him a starter set with holders and a binder. Where do I get the cards from? I’m only interested in finding current cards 2006-present. What are the trusted namebrands for football cards?
A few months ago, I had a Wilson Ultra football. When I first got it, it was amazingly grippy. Now, after weekly usage in grass fields, sometimes muddy, the ball is now incredibly slippery, to the point that it is impossible to pump-fake.
I bought another ball, a Nike 1205. This is quite better, and it hasn’t lost much tackiness yet, but I am interested in preventing further slippage.
Is there any way to keep a football tacky? Any special way to clean it? Prevent extreme weather?
Some say Italian, some say Spanish, some say Argentinian ! People have many opinions about the best football league there is, in my eyes the German Bundesliga & Italian Serie A are definitely the best and most enjoyable, but on the other hand i find the English Primer League to be with no doubt, the most overrated league on earth, slow, boring, not really interesting, and gets all that attention! For what?
Don’t get me wrong now, i believe that the top English clubs are very strong, but that does not make the Primer League interesting.
What do you think? Which football league is the most overrated of all?
I just started football in my freshman year. I am have been given the position of running back. I need to know some football drills that I can do at home. Please no stupid answers!
How young can an international football player be? (football as in soccer)
Like, are there any age limit for a boy before he is able to play for the country?
Just wondering.
I know for clubs they take juniors as young as 13 and train them before they join the first squad at around 16-ish but what about the international teams?
My teacher said I should write about football (American Football) and gladiators as my senior project since I love sports. I watched Any Given Sunday recently and they showed clips of gladiators in the one scene. However besides this reference I have had a rough time finding any more connections. Can somebody please give me a link with the two being compared or a book/movie i can read/watch? Thanks!
What is the purpose of the rubber-band looking things that some football players wear around their arms near the elbow? Is that to improve circulation or something? Please let me know, thanks.
A sometimes football watcher.

I have the actuall football used to play with for the 2008 AT&T Cotton Bowl Classic. If I want to sell it, like on ebay or craigslist about how much money is the football worth? Will anyone even purchase something of this nature?
