Any ideas on how to create a football team at a highschool?
I currently concentrate a high school thаt hаѕ existed fοr 30 years аnd never hаѕ іt hаd a football team. In person, i lіkе thе sport аnd i аm fed up οn nοt taking proceedings. Ive thουght аbουt countless thουghtѕ (petition…..talk tο thе principle…etc) bυt nο thουghtѕ hаνе hit thе spot. Money саn bе raised аnd thеrе іѕ space fοr a field bесаυѕе wе dο hаνе a soccer team ѕο a ехсеllеnt thουght wουld bе tο combine thе fields lіkе уου see іn many high schools already. I need tο bе set wіth еνеrу ounce οf knowledge before i talk wіth mу principal. Anу thουghtѕ?
Just go to a school that hasn’t won a state championship since 1972.

dude that is really isn’t that terrible. There alot of schools out there that has never won. Atleast your school won before.
but about the question
you need to go to a school board meeting. You need to get your parents involved also because they are tax payers. Following you also need to start a middle school football program also.
you should get atleast 30 kids signed up saying they are interested. then if you know any teachers that have coached before or played rec and the coach is interested in coaching HS-question him if he would take the job. if he accepts-have him sign the petition and leave his number for the school to call. it takes a excellent bit of cash but if you can really get the money, alrght. you have to tell the school how money will be riased to pay for the equipment (shoulder pads, helmets, pants/pant pads (this gets expensive; at our school it cost a 100$ to play [private school no money from government for it]).
If that fails-you can permanently question about playing fora near by school. ive seen plenty of people do that.
if you dont find everything you need
go to your font personnel in your school. question them. some time you will need to win your fist game to star. ok. so there go.

what you really have to do is get a signed petition, organize a presentation on how you are going to make a fund raiser for the team and equipment, show where the field would fit (as you say with the soccer field), have someone willing to coach be bestow as well as numerous students who will participate. After you have done all of this, you do not take it to the principal, you take it to the board of education because they are the ones who will have to pass it and supply additional funding. Try to get the athletic director to go with you as well. Unfortunately this will be a long process and you may never see it as a student but future generations will (except your a freshman or sophomore)
