lots of curls, they use steroids to build bandanna and muscle that your body doubtless wouldn’t produce, no matter how much you lift. i don’t recommend riods.

Lift weights. Continue what you’re doing. A lot of it has to do with genetics. Football players are typically huge people as it is. Try to increase the weight that you’re by. Question somebody at your gym for different exercises to try.
Get a trainer, join a gym, get a ftness book at the library and make a fitness plot, buy a exercise tape at best buy, fye, etc and work out everyday. You get the point.
Its a mix of the clear, Steroids and HGH!!!!

umm, it takes time, but the exercises you can do to get huge biceps are bicep curls, preacher curls, standing or meeting bicep curls, barbell curls, bench press, incline or decline bench press, push ups, pull ups, if ur trying to get huge arms work your triceps more because ur biceps are only like 30% of ur arms or a touch (triceps are the largest part), make sure ur getting a ton of protein, drink lots of water, get enough rest, don’t overwork ur biceps cuz that can be terrible for you, play football, and if you want definition you need to make sure you run alot and do a ton of cardio as well as lifting, definition is what makes guys arms seem huge, remember that
It’s called “teach to failure” – do curls with heavy weight – enough that you can only do about 8-10 reps before your arms give out. Rest and do again about 5 times.
You have to keep at it – these things don’t come overnight.
On a side note – Biceps (although aesthetically pleasing) are the most worthless muscles to have. They benefit you very small in most sports.
That being said, I’m assuming you have a balanced workout regime already (ie you do all muscles – chest, back, tris, shoulders, legs, etc). I typically do the following for biceps:
Preachers curls – 4 sets, 10 reps
Preachers curls (close grip) – 4 sets 10 reps (with your hands close together on the bar)
Standard dumbbell curls – 3 sets drop downs (clarified below)
Hammer Dumbbell curls – 3 sets drop downs
Back grip standard curls (straightbar with your palms down rather than up) – 3 sets 10 reps
For drop downs –
Start a weight that you can get about 8 reps with. For me this is 55 – 60 lbs. Do reps until failure. Immediately place weights back, and use dumbbells 10 lbs lighter than the ones you just used. (so if I started at 60, I’d doubtless drop to 50). Do reps until failure. Immediately place weights back and immediately do set 5 lbs lighter (so I would go to 45). Do reps until failure. Then go to 40, 35, 30, 25, 20, 15….. If you’re not tired after this, you’re not human. Take a long rest, and then do again.
Please note – DONT just start doing these at 55 or 60 lbs – do them at a weight that is excellent for you. I don’t know how huge you are, so I couldn’t say, but I’d imagine it’d be more along the 40 lb range. Also diet and cardio have a lot to do with how you look – you may have a ton of muscle, but you won’t be able to see it if you have too much stout covering it up. Lean meats (fish, chicken, and very lean red meats) and vegetables should be the staple of your diet.

But seriously, from a scientist and gym ratt that I am. (dude my bi’s are so jacked for a tiny girl) I would say 2 things- diet and plateau may be your come forth.
#1 diet- make sure you get plenty of vitamins and protein and carbs- without these muscle will not grow.
FIX= take a centrum every day – no megga vitamins, take it from me those things will f’ up your liver, Im a scientist Im not fibbing megga is terrible. Oh and creatine is terrible too, and juice- do not go there. Dont be a pu$$ay do it for real do it natural be a man. Centrum will give you the vitamins you need. Carbs- you know pasta, whole wheat stuff. Peanut Butter- this is a secret weapon for people looking to get jacked. Question around- pb is your friend! so eat some. Meat- tuna, chicken, lean steak- make it dinner.
ok diet down. Now plateau time.
Plateau occurs whe your smart body adapts to your workout and it becomes simple for your muscle and thus it need not grow any larger.
FIX= switch it up in the gym. shadow a friend and see what they do for weights. Try any new machine, pulleys, free weights. ANYTHING different. try it, you will be hurting the next day u can thank me then. It is smart to change your normal every 3-6 weeks if you want to get jacked.
ALSO try doing the same weights …in….slow…….motion… this KILLS your muscles! It beats the bag out of them! And they get huge. Try it, you’ll see.

Hello, You have to do what they do. Not only do they work out everyday but also eat Healthy. You also need to find a trainer to set you up on the right work out schedule and diet. You have to biuld up slowly over time to be able to keep them in there top shape also. You will not get them overnight and if you try to you will just keep contravention down your muscles and never progressing to what you want. Some days you do light work outs and some days heavy work outs. You have to get excellent rest also. You have to work out all parts of your body as well. Look at thier leg muscles and the rest of the body muscles. Most have biceps that match thier other muscles. The right diet and effective out the right way will be your best chance to realize what you are looking for. Look up a trainer that works with football players or shot place throwers. But also remember that not all bodies can acieve the Hulk Hogan look! Excellent Luck!!

Really football players have a trainer plus they do other exercises that help them bulk up. Your effective out allot and doubtless believe it or not , not effective out properly to realize the results you want. If you can afford it join a work out center that has a qualified trainer included in its membership , that trainer can help you get the results your looking for. Teams in the NFL as well
as Major Colleges have qualified trainers or
weight lifting coach to get the players the results they need in order to compete.
