Buy a ankle brace ankle injurys are a ordinary injury trust me two never hurts 2.NEVER play with people who dont play fundamental basketball or simply goof off and dont know how to play no matter how terrible u wanna play. 3. jam fingers you can tape your fingers before it happens excellent luck
