How do I keep my toes from bruising and blistering my feet from running hard in football?
I keep bruising mу doggone toes bесаυѕе i permanently rυn аѕ hard аѕ i саn аt football practice. I hаνе taken mу coaches advice аnd i rub moisturizer οn mу feet beforehand аnd i wear two pairs οf thick socks thаt gο beyond mу ankle. Whаt еlѕе саn i dο? Wear excellent quality socks and make sure your cleats fit correctly.
are your cleats new? that usually happens when you wear strain new cleats to practice without contravention them in first, e.g. just walking around with them (mowing the lawn and yardwork are excellent ways to do it) if they arent new, then they might be too huge or too small; both can cause blisters. cleats should feel feel very snug and secure, not loose and floppy and not like ski boots or skin tight, esp in the toe areas
