The tehnique is really simple. stick it in your butt and fart really really REALLY hard
There is a small technique involved with respect as to your release point and how you grip the ball but for the most part throwing a baseball far is a God given ability that is not teachable. Even at the highest levels of baseball there is a wide variety of ability when it comes to throwing the ball. Running quick and throwing far are fantastic assets to have if you like the game of baseball.
there is a technique… it would take a long time to discribe it but you can just mind MLB games and mind how the Outfielders throw the ball when they are trying to gun someone out. It’s basically about your crow hop, getting your glove arm above your shoulder then you pull down your arm when you are going to throw. And no it is not a god given ability… it all depends on how much you are willing to practice.
steroids, just like your favourite players.
If you’re just looking for distance, then try to throw the ball as close to a 45 point angle as possible.
Imagine an imaginary line that runs from you, and goes straight up. That would be 90 degrees, and the ground would be 0 degrees, so 45 degrees would be the point directly in the middle.
If you release the ball at more than 45 degrees, then more of the force you spend on throwing the ball will be used in pushing the ball up, instead of away from you. So when the force you place on the ball runs out and gravity returns it to planet, it won’t go as far.
If you release the ball at less than 45 degrees, the ball will travel farther initially, but when gravity takes over the ball will already be quicker to the ground and won’t take as long to come down. Therefore, the by and large throw will be shorter.
Of course, this is only excellent if you want to see how far you can throw for fun or a touch. It wouldn’t be a excellent to throw this way in an actual game because it will take longer for the ball to reach the base.
