Depends, if you are quick and learn quick I would say 45min to an hour a Day. If you blow, longer. Just remember. Practice does not make perfect. Perfect Practice makes Perfect. If you shoot 100 free throws and air ball all 100, did you acomplish anything? I used to stand outside until I made 25 foul shots in a row. Background goals is better than time limits.

Well, if you’re really dedicated i would take up to 3 hours.
what i usually do is make 50 free throws in the begging then do a casual lay up warm up and then we do this dribble warm up run that goes like this. skipp with right hand down and back then left hand down and back. then skip cross over. then just between the legs down and back while walk. (pick up the pace as you get better) then behind the back. then between the legs, behind the back. the skipping may sound dumb but i became a fantastic ball handler off of it.
also we do the 1:10(minute) drill its were you have to touch 9 lines in that time. if you are quicker you might want to decrease the time. but pretty much just try to dribble as much as possibly. wen ever im at home i just have a basketball IN my hand passing it between my legs.

    best of luck!
