    I would say about 10,000 to 1. It’s very hard to be converted into a baseball player.

    There are 30 MLB teams of 25 players. That means you have to be better than the 750 players now playing to get a chance to play in the majors.
    Take the whole number of HS, Club, College, insignificant league, foreign, and has been wannabe players, and divide that by 750 and you’ll get your answer
