What can I do to get ready for football?

Football іѕ coming up, ѕο I want tο gеt ready fοr іt. Arе thеrе аnу workouts thаt I саn dο? Iѕ thеrе anything I саn dο wіth mу diet? Tips аrе appreciated!

    run, lift, eat healthy, thats all there is to it. thats what i’m doing.

    you should spend at least 4 hrs daily for work out.Try to run as quicker as you can ,other exercises such as push ups , jumping etc will also work a lot.

    well im a chick so im not entirely sure. but i would start running a mile or two a day since you are going to be running constantly. start eating a lot of meat..anything with protein to build muscle. lift weights. maybe drink protein shakes if you need them. excellent luck! :)

    i suggest you have a very healthy diet which consists of lots of protein and get a excellent workout which consists of cardio workouts to burn stout and then quicker to football season lift some wights but not too much cause you will pull a muscle if trying to max out… do not do that at all… it is terrible
