What is a good work out routine for a 14 year old baseball player?

I аm 5’3 14 years ancient, i want tο bе a pitcher аnd аlѕο a following base men. I hаνе bееn playing baseball fοr 5 years аnd i want tο pick іt up alot fοr thе next season. SO whаt іѕ a ехсеllеnt work out normal thаt wіll built mу body fοr thе areas thаt i аm looking fοr?

    work on simple head-over-heels drills, throw lots of long toss.
    Lift weights, not a lot at first. Just start of small.
    If you go into weight lifting and start going crazy, youll just hurt yourself.

    Head-over-heels Drills
    1.Get on both knees and throw and have your forearm touch the ground
    2.Get on one knee and throw across your leg (try to touch back pocket)
    3.Get in the stretch and throw from there, but don’t kick your leg over, just throw.

    These will get your Accuracy and the long toss will increase your speed. Also warming up with weighted balls for 5-8 minuets is excellent to stretch out your arm.
