Why is Football during the fall/winter, and baseball in the Spring/summer? How did this get started like this?

First of all, everybody wants to mind or root for USC all owing to fall and winter.
Therefore, root for USC

Baseball can’t be played in the rain or snow except their in a sports ground that has a roof, or is vaulted. Where as Football can be played in any weather.
So the seasons dont interfere with eachother because at the lower levels, like high school, many players play both.
And have you ever tried to play baseball in the winter? Its not fun at all. Football can be played in the cold but baseball cant.
Way back when there were no inside conveniences for either.

because football is played by MEN who can handle a small weather. Baseball is played and watched by sisses. If there is no clock it is not a sport… see baseball and golf.
